Radio Station WPAX and its FM translator station W279BD are licensed by the Federal Comminications Commission to LenRob Enterprises Inc.
On November 3, 2023, an application was filed with the FCC to transfer the license of its stations to Flint Media Inc., 65% controlled by Kevin Dowdy, 35% by Dustin Dowdy.
A copy of the license transfer application is available for public inspection at the offices/studios of WPAX, 117 Remington Avenue Thomasville, GA between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday, or may be accessed on the station's website at www.wpaxradio.net
